SHIPPING POLICY
How quickly will my order ship?

Orders received on Monday - Friday before 10am AEDT will be shipped that day. Orders received after Friday 10am AEDT may only be processed the following Monday. You can choose for express delivery but Australia Post does not guarantee next-day delivery to remote areas. Please be aware of potential delays with Aus Post due to extreme weather and other crazy events.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes to most countries. If you do not see your country as an option when you enter your shipping address, then it might be that we have had trouble shipping there. If this is the case, you can still email us at support@naturalbreastcare.au and we may be able to arrange shipping.

What credit cards / types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard and PayPal.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that this Returns Policy only applies to products purchased from our online store and not from our retail stores. Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase.
Happy by name and happy by nature. If there is any way we have not met your satisfaction we would love to know about it and make it better. Our stress-free return policy means that you can shop with us with confidence, knowing that we always have your best interest at heart.
Our small team hand packages your items with a lot of care, and we expect them to arrive in perfect condition. If you receive your item and it is damaged, incomplete, and/or you are simply not satisfied with your order* then please follow our simple 2-step process.
Step 1 - Email - support@naturalbreastcare.au. Please include your order number and a detailed description/photo of what is wrong with the order.
Step 2 - If the issue is our fault or our carriers fault, we will replace the item via a new delivery.
